Private papers of HM Swabey, deputy-registrar. Mostly correspondence, evidences, etc, concerning the affairs of John Angell and Mr Westcombe, who held lands in Surrey; and correspondence concerning commercial ventures. although the contents of HCA 30/1001 were added from unsorted miscellanea, they all appear to be documents formerly available in HCA 30. They were removed from the class before destruction of associated material, and should themselves have been destroyed
