SCP (Supplies Contract Policy) series files of the Supplies Division of the Property Services Agency (PSA), relating to contracts policy and its legal and financial implications on subjects such as selective tendering, standard conditions for government contracts, Supplies Division contracts, the effect of the 1973 energy crisis on disposal of surplus stores and placing of government contracts with non-profit making bodies.

The SCP file series was created in 1976/1977 by PSA. It contains many earlier files which were re-registered from the CH series of the Ministry of Public Buildings and Works ( WORK 58)
