Surveyed in the year 1791 by Order of the Commissioners appointed by an Act of Parliament passed in the 26th Year of King George the III d. By John Renshaw'. Shows Edwinstowe church, trees and various named features. Reference table gives acreage of numbered plots. Scale: 1 inch to 10 chains. Endorsed: 'Of the Hays of Birkland & Bilhagh in Sherwood Forest & 3 Sketches of D o J. Renshaw 1791': the 3 sketches do not appear to survive. |
