Romania: Danube Delta. Plan of construction designed to control the flow of water between the Chilia (now Kiliya, Ukraine) and Tulcea branches of the River Danube, showing the left and right banks, the direction of river flow and depths, the Izmayil-Ceatal Fork, and the position and length of a curved groyne.
