Description:

2 items (originally annexed to a translation of a letter from Count Grandi to Sir John Simon, 9 November 1934) extracted from WO 32/4126. North-east Africa: (1) Overlay to item 2, marking details additions and alterations, relating to the delimitation of the boundary between British Somaliland and Italian Somaliland; MS, coloured, on tracing paper. Reference notes, in Italian. (2) 'Somaliland. Domo': sheet 17 only of a printed, coloured, map on multiple sheets, covering the area (now in Somalia, and in Somali region, Ethiopia) between 46°30' and 48°10E, and between 7°20 and 8°30N. Compiled at the War Office; printed by Ordnance Survey, 1933. MS additions, coloured, marking corrections to be made to the map.
