Lord Darby named as lord of Medhope; the king as lord of Singleton. No scale shown. Oriented to the west. Cardinal points shown. Hole made by point of pair of compasses at centre of circle. Endorsed: 'No 4 Marton Meere, Layton, Carleton &c'.
