2 items extracted from T 1/503. London. (1) 'The plan of Great Tower Hill.' Shows proposed new carriage way and proposed improvements of the hill and some street names. Scale: about 1 inch to 27 feet. Compass rose. Map removed from letter received from John March, 10 May 1773. (2) Original wrapper. Although at the time of its extraction these items were apparently filed with material in T 1/503, it was almost certainly originally enclosed with the letter from John Marsh to the Treasury, 6 May 1773, now at T 1/502/224A-224B. |
