Enclosure award and map of Garsdale (in the parish of Sedbergh), West Riding of Yorkshire. Map covers the enclosed area only (5000 acres) and shows the land after enclosure. Also shows named river, woods, peat grounds, fence lengths, sheep folds, quarry, field boundary ownership, boundary marks; including ordnance mark stone, boundary stone North and West Riding, some named landowners, relief (shown by hachures). Industrial land-use: lime kilns, coal shafts, coal pit sheds, old levels. Residual industrial land-use: old collieries. With border. Scale: 1 inch to 3 chains.
