The first part consists of grants, indentures, demises, mandates, releases, bonds, etc. ranging in date from 9 Edward III to 24 Henry VI, with some later additions (ends f. 19); the second part consists of a formulary of documents relating mainly to property in the city of Oxford, with some in Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire, and the city of London, of about the same dates. 58 folios
