Sir John Price, Bart., Dame Elizth. his wife, Velters Cornwall, Esq., Arthur Price, gent., "and others.": Capital messuage, &c., called Broadway, situate in the parishes of Laugharne and Lansadurnon (Carmarthen), and lands, &c., in the parishes and places of Laugharne, Lansadurnon, Kifigg, and Marros (Carmarthen), formerly in the occupation of Sir Thos. Powell, late of Broadway (Carmarthen), Bart. (late father of defendant Elizth.), and of Sir Herbert Powell, late of Broadway, Bart. Also touching the capital messuage or mansion house called "Pentre Meyricke" alias Llanarda, situate in the parish of Llanurda (Carmarthen), and other messuages, &c., late of Sir Thomas Powell, situate in the parishes of Lansadurne, Llanvairwey bryn, Llannon, Llandiloe, Llandingod, Llangadock, and Mothvey (Carmarthen), &c., &c.
