Kemp, John Hopkins, Paul Woodham, Thos. Allison, John Towerson, John Whitehead. Southhouse Johnson.: Lordship of Wilberton alias Wilburton alias Wilbarton, and the rectory, parsonage. or impropriation and parish of Wilberton, in the Isle of Ely, in the county of Cambridge (of which rectory the archdeacons of Ely are, and have been owners). Touching a lease dated 6 March 1700 made by Wm. Saywell, D.D., archdeacon of Ely, to the plaintiff, for the natural lives of Robt. Wright, of the Middle Temple, London, John Ball, of New Windsor (Berks), and Susannah Radford, widow and relict of Virtue Radford, late of Gray's Inn (Middlesex). Touching the enclosure, &c., of two fens called "Seizure Fenn," and "Dole's Fenn." Also touching an ancient messuage in Wilberton called "Chamber's Farm," or the "Tiled House," &c., &c.
