The Attorney-General on behalf of His Majesty and of the poor of the parish of Saint Andrew, in the city of Norwich. v. James Britten, clerk: Rectory and parish of Elvedon (Suffolk). Whether Sucklyn Jay, late of Holveston, the patron of said rectory, settled a portion of tithes in the said parish called "Hospitlers Tithes" on the defendant or on the rector of said rectory "for the payment of eight pounds a year to the overseers of said parish of Saint Andrew, in Norwich, freely discharged of all taxes for the benefit of the poor of said parish"? &c., &c. Tithes.: Norfolk; Suffolk; City of Norwich.
