Respondent: Bartholomew McCorkill of Londonderry, merchant, owner of the ship Minnehaha, and Messrs James Marshall and sons, of Stockport, Chester, cotton spinners and owners of her cargo. Subject: Salvage claims arising from services rendered on 25 Jan 1861. Lower Court: High Court of Admiralty of England.
