Respondent: Edward Morgan of Duffryn, Merioneth, Richard Humphreys of Gwerniago, William Jones and Richard Williams of Dolgelly, William Jones, and Lewis Griffith of Port Madoc, owners of the schooner Jennette, and the rest of her crew, and also John Henry Hoyer of Hamburg. Subject: Collision between said vessels on 3 Apr 1858. Lower Court: High Court of Admiralty of England.
