Respondent: William Finney and Co, William Bartlett and William Bartlett, owners of the barque Charles Bartlett, and Theodore Ferriera Pinto Perez and Co, John Pickersgill and son, Charles Gumm, Donald Maclean and Co, George Henry Evans, Herbert Dalton, and George Sadler Frith and Ross, principal owners of her cargo. Subject: Collision between said vessels on 27 June 1849. Lower Court: High Court of Admiralty of England.
