Respondent: Thomas Chapman of Liverpool, Oliver Chapman of Chepstow, Monmouth, and others, owners of the brig Parana, and also William Steel and John Wood, and others. Subject: Collision between said vessels on 10 Sept 1844. Lower Court: High Court of Admiralty of England.
