Cause: Cotton v Cotton 1847 C65. Defendant: Emma Cotton. Emma Cotton's box containing papers relating to estate and affairs of Rev Horace Salusbury Cotton, her father, formerly vicar of Desborough, Northamptonshire. Administration with will annexed of Revd Horace Salusbury Cotton, clerk, of Reigate, Surrey (granted 1846). Inventory of household goods. Papers relating to property in Reigate, Surrey, and Newbury, Berkshire, claimed on behalf of his wife; faculty for a burial vault in Reigate church. Papers in Queen's Bench cause Bullock v Cotton, and title deeds of property in Mudford and Ashington, Somerset, apparently connected with plaintiff, James Stephens Bullock. Deposited on order of 23 February 1848
