Letters Patent of Edward, Prince of Wales etc., confirming and inspecting the following: (1) a charter of Peter de Lacy, clerk, Richard de Wolueston, clerk, William de Spridlyngton, clerk, and John de Delues, by licence of Edward III, to the church of St. Mary of Vale Royal, co. Chester, granting the advowson of the church of Lampaderuaur, with its members and chapels, in South Wales. Witnesses : Richarde de Stafford, John de Wengefeld, James Daudelegh, Nigel de Lohereyn, the Prince's Chamberlain, Edmund de Wauncy, Steward of the Prince's Household. Dated at London, 7 November 1360. (2) Letters Patent of Thomas, Bishop of St. Davids, to the Abbot and Convent of Vale Royal, appropriating the parish church of Lampaderuaure, dated in the Chapter House of the church of St. Davids, 28 November 1360, with confirmations by the Chapter of St. Davids, and Griffin, Archdeacon of Cardigan. Witnesses : John de Wengefeld, James Daudelegh, Nigel de Loherein, Chamberlain, Edmund de Wauncy, Steward of Household. Dated at London. Seal.
