Copies, memoranda and notes on searches made in the official records of the Augmentation Office and other departments. Many are insignificant and most are unsorted. The following are of particular note: 17th c., Abstracts of part of the contents of the cartulary of Thorney abbey, Cambs. [From E314/1 and 7; the original is in Cambridge Univ. Library, Add. 3020-3021]. 16th or 17th c., Notes on the officers and lands of the late college of St Stephen, Westminster. [From E314/6]. 16th c., A bundle of extracts from wills of the late 15th and early 16th c with gifts for obits etc. [Probably collected in a search for concealments.]. [From E314/1].
