Scale: 1 inch to about 20.5 feet. Compass indicator. Signed by Colonel Edward Durnford, Commanding Royal Engineer, 28 February 1868. A note states that the property was transferred to the colonial government on 21 July 1867; note initialled: E I B, 18 March 1868.
