Minorca (Menorca; now part of Spain): Mahón. 'Plan of the Fortifications of St. Philips [Fort San Felipe] with the Entrance of the Harbour and the Peninsula of St. Ann's or Cape Mola in Minorca': two copies of a map, also showing proposed works [to be built by Captain Horneck]. Reference tables. Scale: 1 inch to 200 feet. Compass indicators. A note to item (1) states: 'N.B. This project was estimated by Captn. Horneck, the 22nd Octr. 1739 at £220,000. Vide also his report of that date'; the report is not filed with these sheets.
