Reference notes concerning the Ordnance claim; further note consisting of an extract from the title deeds for the military post. Scale: 1 inch to 300 feet. Compass indicator. Signed by Colonel Thomas Fyers, Commanding Royal Engineer, 2 January 1838. Inset: detailed plan of the military post; scale: 1 inch to 60 feet [1:720]. Stamped at the Royal Engineers' Office, Mauritius, 14 June 1875.
