Memorandum on reception given to British prisoners of war by the Dutch people and Allied Diplomatic Corps on their arrival in Holland from Germany. Letter from Walter Townley, dated 9 March 1918, expressing his appreciation of Sir John Hanbury-William's work for prisoners of war. Notification of appointment of Brigadier General A Graham Thomson to replace General Sir John Hanbury Williams as General Officer in Charge (GOC) of British prisoners in Holland. Arrangements regarding internment of British civilian prisoners in Holland, agreed at a meeting of Prisoners of War Department between Mr Vansittart, Mr Monk, Mr Voules, and Mr Carbutt, dated 25 March 1918.
