Plan of 'Site A' showing rooms, passages, stairs, verandah, walls, doors, gardens and measurements; also showing surrounding area, including Chinese graves, outer harbour, Messrs Butterfield and Swire's property, roads, Japanese-owned property, Chinese Maritime customs property, lawns, flagstaff, disused quarry, Portuguese cemetery, well, trees, trigonometry points and the high water level at spring tides. Scale: 1 inch to 30 feet. Surveyed and plotted by R G Gernes; signed by Julius Bradley, Office of Works, Shanghai.
