Folio 183-184: S.P. 1918/25, 16 April 1918. J5, Commander Edward Courtney Boyle, on Y patrol, 8-16 April. Sighted mines. Sighted British squadron near (co-ordinates given). Sketch showing position of mines.

Folio 185: S.P. 1918/26, 25 April 1918. G5, Lieutenant Noel Wilbraham Dixon, on patrol between Hanstholm and Lodbierg, 15-22 April.

Folio 186: S.P. 1918/27, 25 April 1918. G2, Lieutenant Commander Alfred Michael Winser, on patrol off Boobierg Light, 15-22 April.

Folio 189: S.P. 1918/30, 2 May 1918. G3, Lieutenant Anthony Bevis Lockhart, 22 April to 1 May. On 25 sighted an enemy submarine off Laeso Trindel LV and on 30 April at (co-ordinates given).

Folio 190: S.P. 1918/31, 2 May 1918. G1, Lieutenant Commander Alfred Gordon Hine, on patrol in Kattegat, 22 April to 1 May. On 30 April fired two torpedoes at an enemy submarine but missed at (co-ordinates given).

Folios 191-192: S.P. 1918/32, 8 May 1918. J5, Commander Edward Courtney Boyle, on Q patrol, 29 April to 7 May. On 2 May sighted British minelayers and destroyers at (co-ordinates given).

Folios 192-193: S.P. 1918/33, 13 May 1918. G5, Lieutenant Noel Wilbraham Dixon, on patrol in Z.49, 4-11 May. On 8 May sighted British minelayers and destroyers at (co-ordinates given). On 10 May sighted an enemy submarine at (co-ordinates given).

Folios 193-194: S.P. 1918/34, 13 May 1918. G2, Lieutenant Commander Alfred Michael Winser, on patrol Z.48, 4-11 May. On 9 May fired torpedo which missed at submarine found to British E51.

Folios 197-198: S.P. 1918/38, 25 May 1918. G3, Lieutenant Commander Frederick Henry Taylor, on Z.23 patrol, 14-24 May.

Folios 198-199: S.P. 1918/39, 25 May 1918. G1, Lieutenant Edward Frederick Fanning, on Z.22 patrol, 14-24 May. On 20 May sighted German airship at 57¢ª47¡¯N 6¢ª16¡¯E. Folios 199-200: S.P. 1918/40, 27 May 1918. G4, Lieutenant Thomas Aislabie Powell, on Z.29 and Y.9 patrol, 16-26 May.

Folios 200-201: S.P. 1918/42, 29 May 1918. On 26 May, J5 exchanged gun fire with an enemy submarine. When the gun jammed, J5 dived but a large amount of water entered, flooding the battery and generating chlorine gas. When surfaced, enemy submarine made off.

Folios 201-202: S.P. 1918/43, 3 June 1918. J2, Lieutenant Commander Norman Douglas Holbrook, on Z.48 patrol, 25 May to 2 June.

Folios 202-203: S.P. 1918/44, 3 June 1918. J7, Lieutenant Commander Fitzroy Hamilton Dalrymple Byron, on patrol Z.49, 25 May to 2 June. On 25 May attacked by a submarine at (co-ordinates given). On 29 May sighted British seaplane carrier and destroyers at (co-ordinates given). On 1 June sighted HMS Furious and destroyers at (co-ordinates given).

On 31 May sighted an enemy submarine at (co-ordinates given). On 1 June sighted HMS Furious and destroyers at (co-ordinates given). On 4 June engaged enemy submarine with gun at On 1 June sighted HMS Furious and destroyers at (co-ordinates given).
