History: a Dutch merchant ship from Dutch American colonies, sailing from St Eustatius to Amsterdam, suspected of carrying French owned produce of French West Indies; one of the two condemned on 24 February 1759, in the Admiralty Court, the claimant appealing.

Documents: claim, by the master; letter from Mozes de Castro in CuraƧao to Isaac and Salomon de Castro in Amsterdam, and bill of lading relating to the ship
