Description:

Captured ship: Augustine d'Audierne (master John Quevaret).

History: a vessel of 20 tons, laden at St Sebastian with 275 quintals of iron in bars, 110 deal boards, 20 quintals of rozin, 2,000 nails, 3 grinding stones, 1 barrel and 1 hogshead of tar, bound for Audierne. Taken by privateer Flying Dragon (Thomas Navetel commanding) and brought into Guernsey.
