Boris Romanovitch IZAKOV: Russian. IZAKOV came to the UK in 1932 as correspondent of 'Pravda', remaining until the following year. Some of his activities gave rise to suspicion that he had an intelligence role. In 1955 he was again posted briefly to the UK, this time as correspondent of 'Trud'. In 1956 he was appointed to the Foreign Committee of the Soviet Union of Writers |
