Folio(s) 139A-140B. Letter from [William Dacres Adams, Private Secretary to William Pitt,] stating that Pitt wished the instrument appointing Sir Charles Morgan's friend to the Archdeaconry of Brecon to be prepared for the king's signature.

Enclosed is a letter to William Sturges Bourne, [Joint Secretary to the Treasury], from Morgan asking him to remind Pitt of the wish of the Reverend Richard Davies, Vicar of Brecon, to be appointed to the archdeaconry, which had lapsed to the Crown.
