Envelope containing five page article from an unknown source, 'Brighton's Electric Railway', by A R B Ball. Undated article describing both the original sea front line and the Rottingdean extension system using an elevated car on stilts which ran through the sea. There are eight monochrome photographic illustrations, depicting both systems and a portrait of Magnus Volk, who's idea the system was.
