Description:

James Crowcher, Port Royal, Jamaica. Artificers and Labourers have been employed in running out a small wharf and fixing a crane for landing small stores, for which Commodore Dent gave orders before his decease. The work is completed with little or no charge being built of timber brought from Hispaniola. Commodore Brown has given orders to build a cooperage at the back of the mast house.
