From 1985 to 1986 Public Services became Financial Management: Public Services; and the remaining structures continued as before. The Division covered the following areas of bilateral discussion: Public Expenditure Survey; Water Services; Local Authority Capital Expenditure; Local Authority Pensions ; Local Authority Accounts and Audit; Urban Renewal [transferred to HOU – T493 15/10/1982]; Urban Development Corporations; European Community; Estimates; Delegated Powers; Financial Management; and, Local Authority Borrowing |
