Captured ship: name unknown (unknown master).

History: an American merchant ship (schooner, 10 tons, abandoned by her crew), laden with beeswax, tallow, hides; taken on 13 May 1782 in Chesapeake Bay by the privateer Black Joke (William Roach commanding), and brought into New York.

Court papers: 1-3; Ship's papers: 4-5.
