George Atkins, Clerk of the Cheque, Portsmouth. Is directed by warrant to take care that all warrants and orders are lodged in the office of the Clerk of the Cheque. Mr. Blanckley has refused to deliver all warrants for the year 1690, which are in his office. We are not to allow any fireing into our lodgings but the Builder's servants carry chips home every day.
