Letter from Mr. Escher, Swiss Legation, to Oliver Harvey at the Foreign Office, about 'the question whether or not a British lawyer may correspond with a Statutory Listed firm', dated 29 November 1945. The letter also states that 'Mssrs Oppenheimer, Nathan & Vandyk' will apply to the Trading with the Enemy Department for persmission to correspond with their Swiss clients. No reference to cultural property.
