Folio 473: enclosure with folios 471-472. Character of Warrant Officers on HM Sloop Columbia dated 18 November 1815. Thomas Hunter, Gunner and Robert Bruce, Carpenter - sober, steady, good men. William Fenwick, Boatswain - drinks"very much" and was promoted due to his good conduct when the Macedonian was taken.
