Under South Eastern Railway (Southern Group) Preliminary Absorption Scheme 1922 dated 6th February 1923 Mid Kent (Bromley to St. Mary Cray) Railway Company was transferred to and absorbed by Southern Railway Company as from 1st January 1923 immediately after Railways (Southern Group) Amalgamation Scheme 1922, dated 22nd December 1922, came into operation and took effect. |
