Abdul Rauf Abdul RAZZAK: Palestinian. RAZZAK was the brother of Aref Abdul RAZZAK, a notorious Palestinian gang leader in the 1930s. RAZZAK's activities during the Second World War, including flight to Iraq, Syria (where he fought the British) and Turkey (where he was interned but following German intervention was allowed to go to Europe).
