Michel Ivanovitch TERESCHENKO, alias TERESTCHENKO, TITOFF, Mikhail, Michael: Russian. An ADC to the Tsar, then Minister of Finance and later Foreign Affairs in Kerensky's first Russian Provisional Government, TERESCHENKO was arrested at the Russian Revolution and on release established himself as a banker in the UK and then in France. During the Second World War he was an adviser to the Ministry of Economic Warfare and then worked for the Special Operations Executive
