Account of proceedings in Irish house of commons: yesterday ordered heads of bill for supplying defects to prevent cattle maiming. Revenue officers laid before the house estimates and accounts. Committee appointed to examine what temporary laws should be made perpetual. The adjourned debate about heads of bill for better regulating preparation and transmission of heads of bills to be laid before queen and British privy council was resumed and entirely dropped by being adjourned sine die. Noted as received in letter of [Charles Talbot] duke of Shrewsbury [lord lieutenant]. Dated at Dublin Castle. ff. 100-101 |
