Maung Maung GYI, aliases Maung Gee, Maung Jee, 'GRADER': Burmese. Formerly employed at the Burma Trade Commissioner's office in London and with a sideline as 'GRADER', the greyhound racing tipster of the Daily Worker, MAUNG first came to the Security Service's notice in 1947 when making arrangements for the defence of his brother U Saw, the former Prime Minister of Burma, charged in Burma with the murder of seven ministers, including General Aung San. He was later involved with the Friends of the Burma Hill People and the Karen insurgency
