Vasiliy Vasilyevich SUKHOMLIN, alias Victor SAMARET, Vladimir SUVAROV: Russian, Czech, stateless. A journalist and leading member of the Social Revolutionary Party of Russia in 1918, SUKHOMLIN was at that time based in Stockholm and later worked in the USA and Paris. Later papers deal with his identification in 1950 as the person whose details had been given in 1946 to the atom spy Klaus FUCHS as a contact in Paris
