Theodor Georgevitch KISELEV (suspected Soviet intelligence agent) and Nataliya Germanovna KISELEVA (Soviet intelligence officer): Russian. KISELEV was a senior official of Soviet trading organisations, visiting the UK frequently in that capacity, and was suspected of an intelligence function for the GPU. His wife KISELEVA was said to have been Lenin's secretary as well as a GPU agent
