Content: Folios 34-35. Parish Property Form no 1: Request to the guardians to Apply to the Poor Law Commission to consent to Sale; by the parish of Radyr of the site and ruins of two cottages, (believed to be freehold) which were burned down some years ago. They do not know how or when the parish became in possession of this property. Formerly occupied by paupers they cannot be used by the parish. Property is estimated to be worth £25. Signed: Evan W David and David Lewis, Churchwardens; Thomas Williams and Evan W David, Overseers; Edward Coslett, Inhabitant. Parish Property Form: Request to the Poor Law Commissioners to Consent to Sale: premises described in the accompanying application. The union is fully satisfied that the sale of said premises will be of permanent advantage to the parish of Radyr [Cardiff Poor Law Union].
