Content: Folios 106-107. Letter from Henry Mason, Clerk to the Guardians of the Rye Poor Law Union, to the Poor Law Commission. He encloses a letter asking the Commission for information on the elections of guardians. They wish to know who is to call the necessary meetings for elections. Also do existing officers or whether they are considered 'as holding their offices during pleasure'. They also remind the Commission that earlier letters have not been responded to.
