Letter from J and W Rees Mogg [John Rees Mogg and William Rees Mogg] of Temple Cloud near Bristol, Clerks to the Guardians of the Clutton Poor Law Union, to the Poor Law Board, asking for approval of outdoor relief for Francis Hillier of Cameley, but irremovable from Hinton Blewitt, both parishes are in the Clutton Poor Law Union. He is a widower with six children Elizabeth, 15, John 12, who works, William 9, James 6, Francis 4, and Henry four months. The relief would pay for the youngest child to be put out to a nurse.
