Content: Folios 37-38. Letter from C Mole [Chamberlain Mole] Vestry Clerk to Parish of Braughing to the Poor Law Commission acknowledging their letter of the 15 October 1834 and stating that he is willing to attend a meeting of the board on any day except Saturday. A vestry meeting is to be held on the 17 October 1834, Mole considers that the communication from the Commissioners of the 7 and 15 October 1834 is so important they should be considered at a special vestry meeting. Mole will see the contractor James Bush after the vestry meeting and inform him of his duties and leave him to act accordingly. Annotated: Mole to attend the Commissioners on 22 October 1834.
