Content: Folio 54. Letter from Thomas Day, Clerk to the Guardians of Bromsgrove Union, to the Poor Law Commission. The Commission's circular letter of 6 March 1841 was read at the meeting of the guardians on 15 March. It was resolved that it was the opinion of the guardians that the present arrangement of the union districts meets the convenience of the medical officers and no complaints have come to their notice of want of attention to the cases under the medical officers' control, and that they have every reason to think that the medical department is administered 'with ability and kindness'.
