Draft letter from the Poor Law Commission to James Greenwood, Robert Pickles and William Greenwood, Guardians, Haworth, Keighley Poor Law Union, acknowledging their letter of 26 October and approving their arrangement proposing to reassess the parish by a committee of ratepayers and parish officers. If administration costs are generated they should be sent to the Commission on the grounds of the thirteenth paragraph of the enclosed circular [not included].
