Content: Folio 76. Draft letter from the Poor Law Commission to Harry White, Clerk to the Guardians of the Blything Poor Law Union. They acknowledge the receipt of his letter enclosing the resolution passed by the board of guardians relating to arrangements of extraordinary meetings. They accept that on occasions, it may be necessary to have intermediate extraordinary meetings. But if these became frequent, it would appear that the guardians were dilatory in their duties.
